Amûse Gourmet is a boutique catering and private dining studio in Singapore, founded and led by Chef Pia.

Pia personally oversees every event, including the menu, the styling, and the on-the-day execution. It’s a standard that’s hard to maintain at scale, which is why Amûse intentionally stays boutique.
